Your electronic service request will be rejected if you do the following:

• If you submit an incomplete/incorrect SER
• If you submit multiple service types in one submission
• If you submit multiple defendants/respondents in one submission

Important: Services from out of state cannot file electronically.

Notice of Charges: If you continue to use this portal to upload documents electronically, there is a charge of $1.25 per page for documents uploaded. Submitting a fee waiver does not cover the cost of printing. You may still be responsible for printing charges. If you do not agree to these charges, you may mail in your request or deliver your request in person during our window hours.
The estimated fee does not cover multiple copies for service.


Important: Please submit only one type of service per submission. If you need to request multiple types of service, please complete a separate submission for each.
